It provides a concentrated basking site to aid in thermoregulation, and a healthy dose of UVB to support bone development and Vitamin D3 synthesis.
The Heat & UVB Basking Fixture is designed to provide overlapping heat and UVB, enabling your reptiles to assimilate both of these energy sources simultaneously. Used with the correct bulbs, this multi-purpose fixture also supplies essential UVA to promote feeding, foraging, digestion, and other natural behaviors. An integrated 2-stage reflector is included to maximize heat and light transmission.
