The TERRA TAMER

The Cascade Rescue Terra Tamer is light, fast and lean.  It weighs in at an astounding 15.40 pounds! The framework and fork system is constructed of Pure Titanium, making the Terra Tamer the lightest all-purpose patient transport on the market.  The super plush 4.25" Fatty tire bounds over trail obstacles and is unbelievably stable. Rounding out the package is a disc brake and all stainless steel hardware. We've also redesigned our attachment system.  Now, simply slip the custom designed hooks over the top railing of your litter and use the new compact stainless steel ratchets to cinch it down.  With this system, The Terra Tamer can even be mounted on most rescue litters! The Terra Tamer has been tested in the most harsh and demanding environments, withstanding brutal abuse.  It excels in nearly all conditions, just at ease on mud, snow and sand as it is rolling over big obstacles blocking your way.  Not only is it the lightest wheel out there, it also can be broken down for easy load sharing and transport.  Don't just suffer through your back country rescue:  TAME IT!
Worried about thorns, goat-heads, cactus and other bad things?  Our tires and tubes are tough, but can only take so much.  If you're looking for that extra assurance on the trail - we can help.  When you place your order, just check the box that says "Slime Me".  Right before we ship, we'll make sure your unit gets a good injection of SLIME to help protect you from the elements.  

Please note that our trail wheel products will NOT fit litters that have a plastic wrapped top railing.  The litter rail must be 1" or less.
