The Microclimate Ministat is a compact thermostat that offers On/Off control and is available in 2 different models. The Ministat 100 has a maximum load of 100w whilst the Ministat 300 is capable of handling higher loads up to 300w.
An On/Off thermostat switches power to the heater around a set point which is known as the switching differential. This is commonly 1 degree celsius which allows for a half degree swing either side of the set point. The set point calibrated via the control dial which is recessed into the thermostat to prevent any accidental changes to the temperature; a Microclimate temperature adjuster is included in the packaging. The green status LED on the front of the Ministat will then illuminate when power is being supplied to the heater.
The power and output cables are both 2m long whilst the temperature sensor is 2.5m long allowing for a flexible installation. The Ministat is designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom and benefits from a 5 year warranty for peace of mind.
